Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items for any defects or damages. If you come across any issues, please reach out to us immediately so that we can assess the situation and make it right for you.

Incorrect Sizes

Before installing your blind or shade, please double-check that you have received the correct size and that it fits your window frame properly. If you encounter any fitting problems, please get in touch with us. We will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging the item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that blinds and shades that are beyond the warranty period (one year after the purchase date) cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges. If you have any inquiries regarding your warranty, please feel free to contact us.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
